The Velociraptors Composite Mountain Bike Team is a coed team of student athletes in grades 7–12 from the following school and county boundaries:

Terra Academy
Vernal Middle & Uintah Middle
RJHS & surrounding area
Uintah, Duchesne and Daggett Counties
